摘要
Thermal transformations of vaporous proteinogenic amino acids on silica and alumina surfaces have been studied by infrared spectroscopy, fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, and high performance liquid chromatography. Final products of the transformations were found to be short linear peptides, 2,5-dioxopiperazines, bicyclic and tricyclic amidines, as well as products of their thermal destruction.
