摘要
Microwave power was used to bum out binder from tape-casted barium strontium titanate ceramics. Compared with conventional methods of binder burn out, microwave heating offers some distinctive advantages. The binder bum out process was completed using microwave power at lower temperature and less time. By characterizing the dielectric properties of the tapes at different stages of microwave beating, a better understanding of microwave and conventional binder bum out mechanisms is realized.
