摘要
Pyrolysis of perylenetetracarboxylicdianhydride in a high vacuum gave a graphite-like films. A free standing stable film showed high electrical conductivity, either metallic or semiconductive behavior depending on the preparation condition. X-ray diffraction exhibited interplanar spacing of 3.51 Angstrom, and 7.52 Angstrom. The chemical analysis indicated that no hydrogen and oxygen are included.
