摘要
A diffusion-kinetic model for penicillin enzyme field effect transistor was developed and solved numerically. The external buffer plays a critical role in the response of this device. The 2nd weakly acidic group in the penicillioic acid affects the response characteristics, namely, at the high substrate concentrations.
