CHEMILUMINESCENCE DETERMINATION OF VITAMIN-B12 BY A FLOW-INJECTION METHOD

摘要
Chemiluminescence analysis with flow injection was used for the determination of vitamin B-12 by means of the luminol-hydrogen peroxide system. The linear range is three orders of magnitude and the detection limit is 1 ng for 50-mu-l samples injected. The results were compared with those obtained by a spectrophotometric method.
