摘要：

In order to obtain meaningful spectral data, the instrumentation must be of the highest quality possible, and it must be operated in a most professional and efficient manner. This paper describes some of the aspects of spectroradiometric measurements necessary to ensure quality data. The spectroradiometric instrumentation currently in use at SERI is used to illustrate the instrumentation and techniques needed for a spectral measurements program.
