摘要
Our study here deals with the calorimetric properties (thermal specific heat C(p), thermal conductivity lambda and diffusivity a) as well as the electrical parameters (d.c. resistance, dielectric constant epsilon, and pyroelectric current I) as a function of temperature in the 30 < T < 140-degrees-C range of ammonium tartrate. According to our present accurate measurements of the above-mentioned parameters, we observed two phase transitions at approximately 62-degrees-C, and approximately 92-degrees-C, which are probably due to the restricted rotation of tartrate ions and/or the rotation of the ammonium ions.
