摘要
Supercritical-fluid chromatography coupled to Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (SFC-FTIR) combines high resolution chromatographic separation of thermally labile, high-molecular-weight materials with on-line fingerprinting of eluted components by infrared spectroscopy. With supercritical xenon as the mobile phase, the system becomes a powerful and cost effective analytical tool with high sensitivity.
