摘要
ICAROS, a photogrammetrically-aided inertial measuring system, is described which allows the pose measurement and calibration of robots, the scanning of robot programs and the transmission of the programs to other robot systems. The inertial component is carried by the robot while the cameras observe up to four ceramic balls which are illuminated from within and mounted to the sensor head. ICAROS allows the acquisition of measuring values for the determination of all industrial robot performance parameters according to ISO 9283. ICAROS is also available as a purely photogrammetrical system in which various camera types and inertial sensors can be selected.
