摘要
The peaking capacitor's role in ionization processes has been clarified in this study. The preionization discharge was found to be essentially independent of the peaking capacitor. It was shown that the peaking discharge current flows through the laser main gap. Thereafter, the influence of the peaking capacitor on the gas mixture optimization is further discussed.
