摘要
The electrophoretic deposition of tin phosphate (SnP) was studied by using ITO glass overcoated with tungsten trioxide thin film as the substrate electrode. The SnP powder was dispersed in acetone to prepare the suspension. The addition effect of ammonium hydroxide to the tin phosphate suspension on the deposition feature was examined to find the best deposition film. The characterization of the deposition films was carried out by XRD, TG, DSC, IR and impedance measurements. The homogeneous and highly adhesive film was obtained on the anode at the concentration ratio [ammonium hydroxide]/[tin phosphate] of 1/30. The film is used as the solid electrolyte for ECD. The electrophoretic deposition mechanism was discussed.
