摘要：

Most papers on power system harmonics deal with one or more specific aspects of the subject: modeling, formulas, sizing of capacitors and reactors, and IEEE Standards. This paper presents an overview of the harmonics problem and examines how utilities are beginning to interpret and apply harmonics standards. There is a concern that some utility standards go well beyond the IEEE guidelines to the point of being unreasonable.
