摘要
Methacrylic macroporous copolymers were synthesized for HPLC and GC applications. Preparation of polymers for chiral ligand exchange chromatography has been studied. Comparisons with previous chromatographic applications have been done. Results show that improvement of physical characteristics of polymers (specific area and pore volume) improves the separation of enantiomers. Very polar stationary phases for GC were prepared for separation of freons. The chromatographic results proved that polar phases are very selective for this kind of compounds. Separation can be accomplished even though retention times are short.
