TOPOLOGICAL STRUCTURES, UNIVERSALITY CLASSES, AND STATISTICS SCREENING IN THE ANYON SUPERFLUID

摘要
Elaborating previous work, we develop long-distance theories of the Hall fluid and of the anyon fluid. These effective theories are topological and can be written entirely in terms of gauge fields. Using these effective theories, we show that, for certain classes of the statistics parameter, in an anyon superfluid an anyon is surrounded by vortices so that the effective statistics of the bound state becomes Bose. We also use the effective theories to study the many universality classes of the anyon superfluid.
