ON A NEW APPROACH TO THE MODELING OF VISCOSITY IN HYSTERETIC SYSTEMS

摘要
In the previous paper [1] we have proposed to use the classical Preisach model driven by stochastic inputs as a model for viscosity in hysteretic systems. In this paper, we further extend this approach by utilizing the "nonlinear" (input dependent) Preisach model of hysteresis. This model is more general than the classical Preisach model, however its treatment encounters some technical difficulties. As a useful by-product, we also investigate the viscosity phenomenon in Stoner-Wohlfarth type particles.
