NEW RECORDS OF MARINE-ALGAE FROM PERU

摘要：

Bostrychia pinnata, Caloglossa ogasawaraensis, C. stipitata and Halochlorococcum operculatum are new records of marine algae from Peru that were collected from the mangroves of the Rio Tumbes estuary near Puerto Pizarro, Tumbes Province on 10 February 1990. All species were isolated into unialgal culture. Caloglossa ogasawaraensis males from Peru hybridized successfully with C. ogasawaraensis females from Ilha do Cardoso, Sao Paulo, Brazil producing viable tetrasporophytes in culture.
