摘要
The metabolism of 17beta,19-nortestosterone was investigated in six calves. Three calves were injected with Laurabolin and the other three were fed 17beta,19-nortestosterone-containing food. Urine samples were taken before and at regular time intervals after the injection or oral intake. After enzymatic hydrolysis, the sample clean-up consisted in solid-phase extraction followed by a liquid chromatographic purification. Detection was by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Urine samples from pregnant and non-pregnant cows and from steers were also collected and analysed in the same way.
