A STUDY OF THE HYSTERESIS PROPERTY OF THE CURRENT VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTIC IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要
Temperature measurements of current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of the (Y, Lu)1Ba2Cu3O7-delta high-temperature superconductor have been performed. Analysis of the data shows that CVC of HTSC is mainly formed by two mechanisms: the creep of the Abrikosov vortices inside the crystallites and the Andreev reflection of the carriers within the metal character boundary between the crystallites.
