摘要
A simple device based on a syringe has been evaluated for studies of diffusion in gels and solutions. A thorough description of the technique is given and the results from measurements of self-diffusion coefficients of glucose and sucrose in solutions of the sugars and in a gel system are presented. The results are compared with results from measurements with the diffusion-NMR technique, and show good quantitative agreement. © 1991.
