摘要
Experimental measurements have been taken of ultrasonic velocity and attenuation as functions of frequency in the range 2-55 MHz in monodisperse polystyrene suspensions. Particle sizes ranged from 200 to 615 nm in diameter and volume fractions from 5 to 45%. Results have been compared with the predictions of both single and multiple scattering models, and the applicability of these models is discussed. © 1993 by Academic Press, Inc.
