摘要
The conductivity tensor components sigma(zz) and sigma(xx) are calculated for the electrons with the energy dispersion HBAR2 (k(x)2 + k(y)2)/2m - 2t cos k(z)c in the presence of a magnetic field which makes an angle-theta with the z axis in the yz-plane. For omega(c)tau > 1, sigma(zz) and sigma(xx) show the oscillatory behavior in variation of tan-theta, where omega(c) is the cyclotron frequency of the electron and tau is the relaxation time of it. For omega(c)tau < 1, they have non-oscillatory properties with respect to tan theta and reproduce results which have been got in use of a semi-classical treatment.
