摘要
The performance of polarisation independent Ti:LiNbO3 1 x 16 and 1 x 32 optical switch matrices is presented. These have shown extinction ratios of 16.5/16.8 dB and insertion losses of 8.5/9.6 dB, respectively, at 1300 nm. Also presented is the use of the 1 x 32 circuit as a high extinction 1 x 16 matrix with an improved extinction ratio of 28.8 dB.
