摘要
Preparation methods and properties of junctions formed by organic conductive polymer systems are biefly reviewed. Most important intrinsically conductive polymers and conductive polymer composites with crystalline networks of organic conductors (reticulate doped polymers) are discussed as active materials. Methods of analysis of electrical properties in the dark, the results obtained and problems encountered are briefly summarized. It is concluded that conductive polymers system form rectifying junctions with some metals or inorganic semiconductors but further improvement is necessary to consider practical applications. The transport mechanism is understood rather qualitatively using simple models elaborated for inorganic semiconductor junctions.
