摘要
Strained layer ZnSe/Zn//1// minus //xMn//xSe artificial microstructures have been successfully grown recently by molecular beam epitaxial techniques. Optical properties of these multiple quantum wells (MQW) and superlattice structures have been investigated by continuous wave and transient spectroscopies. Kinetics of the 'blue' exciton and 'yellow' Mn-transition are described by a thermodynamic rate equation approach.
