摘要
Developed a self-recording instrument which produced data on managers' interaction activities during their working day and on how they felt about each episode that occurred. Ss were 34 middle level and 71 lower level managers. Results showed that the Ss were more favorable to self- than to other-initiated interactions. Data also showed that Ss tended to evaluate the interactions they had with their superiors more positively than those that they had with their subordinates.
