摘要
A synthetic peptide combinatorial library (SPCL) was prepared, composed of 52,128,400 L-amino acid hexapeptides, which was used with an iterative selection process to determine peptides capable of inhibiting binding of [H-3] [D-Ala2,MePhe4,Gly-ol5]enkephalin (DAGO) to crude rat brain homogenates. The first five residues corresponded exactly to the naturally occurring opioid peptide sequences of methionine and leucine enkephalin.
