摘要
An equimolar mixture of BF3:OEt2 and TMSBr was found to be an excellent promoter for the formation of 1,2-beta-oxazolines from peracetate derivatives of the acid-labile high-mannose oligosaccharides Man6-8GlcNAc. The oxazolines are accessible from both beta and alpha anomers of the starting oligosaccharide peracetate, and are valuable precursors for the subsequent synthesis of structurally complex glycoconjugates.
