摘要
Chlamydomonas flagella contain as many as II different dynein heavy chains, three in the outer arm and eight in the inner. Several lines of evidence suggest that these different dyneins are functionally diverse. This diversity may be important for the generation of axonemal undulating movement. (C) 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
