摘要
Thin film samples (10-20 mu thick) of niobium-nickel alloys in the composition range Nb-5 to 95% Ni were vapor-quenched by rf sputtering onto fused quartz substrates held at a temperature of 450 K. At room temperature, the electrical resistivity of these alloys lies between 176-210 mu OMEGA cm, and the absolute thermoelectric power S between 2. 20-2. 52 mu V/K. Magnetic susceptibility for Ni//0//. //5No//0//. //5 and Ni//0//. //4Nb//0//. //6 amorphous alloys show a Pauli magnetic behavior with values of x of about 1. 5 multiplied by 10** minus **4 and 1. 8 multiplied by 10** minus **4 emu g** minus **1, respectively.
