摘要
We report a simple technique allowing control of the partial oxygen pressure (PO2) during reduction of Nd2-xCexCuO4-delta, more precisely than in previous studies. In addition, the dependence of the transition temperature T(c) on PO2 and a T(c)-PO2 phase diagram of Nd2-xCexCuO4-delta are presented.
