摘要
Perfluorosulfonated ionomeric membranes, such as Nafion 117, support permeation of amino acids in aqueous solutions. Flux through the sodium ion-substituted membrane is somewhat lower than that through the acid form. The transport is pH dependent, the fluxes are higher below the isoelectric pH for the H** plus -membrane but above the isoelectric pH for the Na-membrane. L-alanine transport was found to follow the Michaelis Menten-type saturation kinetics.
