摘要
The electrophoretic mobility of latex particles covered with temperature-sensitive poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) hydrogel layers has been measured and analyzed via an electrophoretic mobility formula for “soft particles.” This mobility formula explains well the electrophoretic behavior of these latex particles, which correlates with the temperature dependence of the thickness of the hydrogel layer around the particle. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
