摘要
A method which permits one to reach a relaxation time of a mechanical pendulum oscillator longer than 4 x 10(7) s is described. The problem of the isolation of test masses for a gravitational wave antenna in order to reach a level of sensitivity of 1 x 10(-21) in units of the metric perturbation is discussed.
