摘要
The step motion depending on supersaturation and on the mean curvature is investigated by the mean field approach. The rotation frequency of the spiral step and the slope of the growth hillock in the presence of impurities are evaluated. It is shown that the slope of the growth hillock depends on supersaturation in a nonmonotonic manner. The kinematics of a polygonal step is treated as well.
