摘要
A study of amino acid transmembranar transport in human red cells, using isotope dilution GC/MS technique, compared with radioisotopical transport measurements in rat hepatocyte is presented. A stable isotopically labeled amino acid, N-15-glycine was used. Small influx was detected for glycine in the two types of cells studied. Incubation of the cell in the presence of some ingredients shows increased amino acid influx.
