摘要
Single crystals of lithium triborate LiB3O5 (LBO) have been grown by the top-seeded solution growth method with B2O3 as a solvent using different temperature gradients in the zone of crystallization. Optical and nonlinear optical properties of LBO single crystals have been investigated. The influence of post-growth thermal treatment in oxygen atmosphere on the optical properties has been studied.
