摘要
The authors derive an expression for the Nielsen-Taylor effect in the thermopower of amorphous metals. They show that the effect has a temperature dependence essentially the same as that of the electron-phonon enhancement, and so may be a partial cause of the low-temperature knee observed in glassy metal thermopowers.
