摘要
Kasallene (3), a new and highly oxygenated bromoallene, has been isolated from the red alga Laurencia obtusa. Its structure has been established by chemical and spectroscopical methods and confirmed by theorical mechanical calculations. This compound is the first example of this kind of compounds with a dioxane moiety in its structure.
