摘要
A method of controlling UV cell pressure was developed for capillary supercritical fluid chromatography. The cell pressure was kept constant even during pressure programming. This allowed the use of the UV detector at high sensitivities without base-line drift. It could also be used as a refractive index detector. The detection limit for chrysene at 269 nm was 10 pg at S/N = 2.
