摘要
Cloned variants of a rat hepatoma cell line have been isolated which exhibit normal attachment and spreading behavior on fibronectin substrata, but which are defective in their ability to attach to native collagen films. These clones should be useful for identifying specific macromolecules involved in the cell-to-collagen interaction.
