摘要：

Rayon/polyester cloth was treated with NaOH, washed and dehydrated with acetone, and without drying activated with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride in acetone. The activated cloth was used to immobilize bovine serum albumin and anti-horseradish peroxidase antibody. Tosyl activated cloth offers several advantages including low cost, high capacity for protein immobilization, rapidity, and high linkage stability.
