摘要
The presence of ammonia (100 to 200 ppm) in a 4. 5 or 6 l/min dry air flow is detected through the resistance variation of semiconducting pellets of zinc and germanium oxynitrides. The experiments, carried out at temperatures between 100 and 300 degree C, give a good reproducibility. The sensitivity and response time of the samples depend on preparation conditions and working temperature. Moreover, the samples give no evidence of sensitivity with the other reducing gases that were tested (H//2, CO, CH//4, C//4H//1//0).
