摘要
Peptide-containing polymers have been synthesized with the aim of using polymers as synthetic scaffolds for biologically active peptide sequences. Introducing the peptide shown in the figure during polyurethane synthesis resulted in a series of peptide-polymer hybrids containing the ARG-Gly-Asp sequence, which plays a central role in cell adhesion.
