ELECTRICAL-CONDUCTIVITY IN PZT-TYPE AND PT-TYPE PIEZOCERAMICS

摘要
The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity in Cr-doped TPZT, PNT and PLT piezoceramics is observed (see Section 3 of this paper). The different variations of electrical conductivity in three different piezoceramics indicate different point defect chemistry following the introduction of Cr2O3 additives. This is confirmed by the examination of microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric behavior in these ceramics. The activation energy calculated from these ceramics in the paraelectric phase is reported and compared with the published data.
