摘要
The Extended X-ray Absorption Fine Structure was measured as a function of temperature above the O K-edge in the O K-alpha fluorescence yield mode. From the EXAFS amplitude and phase the oxygen atom's local environment could be determined as a function of temperature. These results confirm the changes in frequency and intensity of A(g) symmetry vibrational modes observed by Raman spectroscopy. The data are analyzed in terms of a change in the vibrational amplitude of the O2 and O3 versus the Cu2 atoms around T(c).
