LOCAL PAIR MODEL FOR THE ANALYSIS OF TUNNELING AND PHOTOEMISSION EXPERIMENTS IN THE NORMAL STATE OF HIGH-TC SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要
We analyze tunnelling and high resolution photoemission results in the normal phase of high T(c) superconductors. The analysis is based on a "mixed Fermion-Boson" model, in which a band of paired states overlaps the Fermi level of a wider Fermion band. In this model the possibility that a tunnel electron joins an electron in the band to enter a paired state arises quite naturally and gives rise to the V-shaped form of the tunnel conductance. The opposite process accounts for the shape of the photoemission spectrum near the Fermi level.
