摘要
A new type of low temperature limiting-current oxygen sensor is demonstrated. Tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (TZP) doped with 3 mol% of yttria was used as the solid electrolyte. An operation temperature as low as 200°C was achieved with the present configuration. The characteristics and the limiting factors of the sensor will be discussed. © 1990.
