摘要
A simple semi-empirical method is proposed for evaluating a parameter related to the hydrodynamic conditions during the pre-electrolysis step in anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) measurements over metal-polyelectrolyte systems. The method is based on the comparison of polarographic and stripping voltammetric signals measured in the same system. The results obtained suggest that hydrodynamic conditions are quite similar to convective laminar diffusion. By application of the method, the accuracy of the complexation constants and diffusion coefficients obtained by ASV measurements is improved. The method is applied to the Zn poly(methacrylic acid), Zn-poly(acrylic acid) and Cd-poly(methacrylic acid) systems.
