摘要
An enzyme mixture of general applicability, containing 1.0% Onozuka R-10, 1.0% Hemicellulase, and 0.1% Pectolyase Y-23 provided the basis for the isolation of large numbers of viable mesophyll protoplasts from woody species within the families Betulaceae, Juglandaceae, Rosaceae and Rutaceae. This is the first report of protoplast isolation from leaves of hazelnut, walnut, sweet cherry, sour cherry and the common pear.
