摘要
Non-stoichiometric AsxS1-x (0.4<x<0.5) films prepared by flash-evaporation have been studied by EXAFS. The results show that the Debye-Waller factor has a maximum for 0.4<x<0.5 and that photo-soaking leads to a state more disorder than the annealed state.
